Individual Rates and Cancellation Policy

• All room rates include large breakfast buffet, VAT and service charges.
• Check in is from 2.00 p.m./14.00 hrs. on the day of arrival and check out is no later than 12:00
  a.m./12.00 hrs. on the day of departure.
• If guest has not checked in before 6.00 p.m./18.00 hrs. the hotel reserves the right to dispose of the room, unless guest has previously informed hotel of late arrival.
• The hotel booking contract is binding for both parties. If one party violates the contract they must bear the cost involved.
  The hotel reserves the right to charge one night’s accommodation if guest is a ’no-show’ and has failed to cancel the reservation within 2 weeks.
• The hotel reserves the right to request a deposit or credit card details to guarantee reservations.
  Consumption of own beverages and alcohol is not allowed in public spaces of the hotel.
• Peace and quiet shall remain in hotel rooms and hotel corridors after 11:00 p.m./23.00 hrs.
• Hotel Budir is a smoke free hotel. Indoor smoking will be fined for.

Groups

• Status list shall be sent to hotel 6 weeks prior to arrival and rooming list a min. 4 weeks prior to arrival.
• Cancellations of group bookings shall reach hotel min. 8 weeks prior to arrival unless other conditions apply.
• If a group cancels with less than 8 weeks notice prior to arrival, a cancellation fee may be charged.
• If cancelled with less than 8 week and more than 2 week notice 10% total price may be charged.
• If cancelled with less than 2 week notice prior to arrival, cancellation fee is one night.

Opening hours of the restaurant and the bar

• Breakfast from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m./08.00 – 10.00 hrs.
• Lunch from 11.30 a.m.– 2.00 a.m./11.30 – 14.00 hrs.
• Dinner from 6:00 p.m.– 10.00 p.m. / 18.00 – 22.00 hrs.
• Bar from 11.00 a.m. – 01.00 a.m. / 11.00 – 01.00 hrs.

Pet Policy

• Hotel Budir welcomes guest with their pets. We do however have special "Pet Policy" in wich details regarding visit with pets are listed.
